Aftercare & repair assessment

How long your set lasts depends a great deal on how you care for it. The essentials:

Cuticle oil daily and gloves for cleaning, dishes and gardening.
Don't use your nails as tools, and never pick, peel or bite the gel.
Book your infill every 3–4 weeks (Special Nails: a new set every 3 weeks).
If a nail lifts or breaks, don't pull it off — message me and we'll book a repair.

Contact the salon within a commercial period of 5 days from the date the treatment was actually carried out to report a problem and request a repair assessment, not from the date the booking was made. The assessment and any repair may take place later, subject to availability. The salon assesses each case individually, including the cause. Repairs for services not provided properly are free where required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. A £5 per nail charge applies only when justified, explained and agreed before the work. The commercial period does not limit your statutory consumer rights or automatically exclude a remedy after 5 days. Wear times are estimates and depend on nail condition, lifestyle and aftercare.
