Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking confirmation

Bookings made through Fresha are confirmed through the platform. A booking requested by WhatsApp, Messenger or another message requires the salon’s explicit confirmation. Opening a link or sending an enquiry does not confirm an appointment.

Choosing your service

The catalogue contains 10 main services. Fresha is the reference for names, prices and bookings; the full list of base prices is in our Terms & Conditions.

Pedicure Extras

The three Pedicure Extras below are optional and available only with Aesthetic Pedicure. Each adds £5 and 15 minutes. They may be combined as offered during the Fresha booking process, where you select and confirm them. They are not standalone services or separate packages. Your agreement is required before any extra is carried out.

Clients under 18

Treatments for anyone under 18 are provided only with the agreement of a parent or a person with parental responsibility and after eligibility for the particular treatment has been checked. Parental agreement does not by itself mean that every treatment is suitable.

Payment

Full prepayment through Fresha is optional. After treatment, payment is due only for the outstanding balance for services actually provided, taking account of any amount already paid in advance. Any late cancellation or no-show fee is handled separately under the cancellation conditions and may be requested or collected through Fresha. Check the payment and cancellation conditions displayed by Fresha before confirming your booking.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or in the event of a no-show, a fee of up to 50% of the value of the services and extras actually confirmed in the booking may apply. Unconfirmed optional services or extras are not included in this calculation. The fee is capped at 50% and must be reasonable, taking account of the salon’s actual loss, savings made and the possibility of filling the appointment slot. Fresha may request or collect the fee automatically under the policy shown and accepted during booking, including when you cancel online. If there are exceptional circumstances, contact the salon. The salon can review the circumstances after collection and, where appropriate, grant an exception or a full or partial refund. A refund is not automatic or guaranteed. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Any late cancellation or no-show fee requested must be reasonable and justified by the actual circumstances, including the salon’s actual loss, savings made and the possibility of filling the appointment slot. The fee must not exceed the justified loss or the 50% limit stated above. The 50% limit does not mean that charging 50% is reasonable or justified in every case. Cancellation conditions must be communicated before booking. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

You can cancel or request rescheduling through Fresha where the function is available, WhatsApp, telephone or [email protected].

For written requests, we use the time your message reaches the official channel, not the time the salon replies. For cancellations made directly in Fresha, we use the date and time recorded by the platform. For telephone requests, the salon confirms the cancellation or rescheduling and records when it was communicated.

Rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours before the appointment are assessed individually by the salon. Check the cancellation and payment conditions displayed by Fresha before confirming any change. A request does not itself confirm a new appointment; the new time must be confirmed through the booking process.

Late arrivals

The lateness threshold is 15 minutes, with each situation assessed individually. This is not an automatic grace period or an automatic cancellation. Please contact the salon if you expect to be late.

If the salon cancels

If the salon cancels your appointment, you will be informed and offered the opportunity to reschedule without penalties.

Reporting a problem and repair assessment

We offer a commercial period of 5 days from the date the treatment is actually carried out to report a problem and request a repair assessment. This period does not start from the date the booking was made. Contact the salon within these 5 days; the assessment and any repair may take place later, subject to availability. The salon assesses each situation individually, including the cause of the problem.

Repairs for services not provided properly are free where required by law. A £5 per nail charge may apply only in justified cases, after the price has been explained and agreed before the work. A remedy that must be provided free by law will not be charged for.

The 5-day reporting period is a commercial facility and does not limit your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. It does not prevent you from seeking a legal remedy after day 5. Your rights to appropriate remedies, including a refund where required by law, remain unaffected.
